Boka Nova has been established to provide a high-quality service to individuals and organizations wishing to invest in Montenegro, the fastest-growing tourist and property market in Europe. We offer a wide range of services, include:

No initial registration, advisory or consultancy fees will be charged. Basic real estate agents fee starts from 3% (+VAT) of the price agreed (for properties up to €1 million), payable on the day of signing the final sale and purchase contract. Brokerage agreements will be signed prior to viewings.

Large investment and JV fees are negotiable, and will depend on the gross value of the successfully arranged deal. An agency contract will be signed upon negotiation.

Company management fees – for foreigners who need to set up a local company in order to invest and develop in Montenegro – is approximately €1,000 per month, depending on size of business. This includes registration taxes, stamps, accounting & full administration service (excluding project management and urbanization), paid in advance and beginning on the date of registration.

Note: specific partial services will be priced individually and reasonably.
